A seasonal plate of fish, grains and herbs on a dark table

Dining

Eating well.

Seasonal, local where we can, and alcohol-free by design.

The kitchen

The table follows the season.

Generous by design, and alcohol-free.

The kitchen cooks with the High Country seasons and is local where it can be: plenty of plants, good protein, and food worth sitting down for. It cooks for your stay without making a lecture of it.

Taught as it feeds you

Ask the kitchen anything.

You see how a plate is built, ask whatever you like, and leave with ideas that work in your own kitchen.

In the glass

Alcohol-free, and never a lesser choice.

We chose not to serve alcohol, and we would rather that felt like a gift than a rule. The drinks get the same care as the food: teas and infusions, cordials, and long, considered pairings for dinner, so no one is left with a glass of water.

Menus are still being developed.

Where you eat

Your table, your choice.

Company when you want it. Privacy when you don’t.

In your Pavilion

Eat quietly in your own house, on your own or with a second guest, at the hour that suits your day.

At the host’s table

Join the host’s table and the people who make Anahita what it is. Conversation is welcome, never required.

We’ll write when there is something worth telling: the Pavilion taking shape, the first seasons, and when enquiries open.
