Wellbeing

Recovery, rest and longevity

Guided recovery and rest while you stay. Habits to keep when you go home.

Wellbeing

Two parts of one stay.

Recover first. Then keep what you learn.

First, recovery and rest: guided sessions in the morning, guided rest in the afternoon. Then longevity: a few simple readings, coaching on habits, and a way to keep going at home.

Recovery and Rest   Longevity   What you take home

Part one

Recovery and Rest

One rhythm, every day.

Mornings are recovery sessions, led by people who know when to push and when to stop. Afternoons are guided rest. Evenings are quiet, for a proper night’s sleep.

Morning

Guided recovery

Heat, cold and rest in a set order, then breathwork and skilled bodywork. Every step is explained, at your pace.

Afternoon

Guided rest, planned with you.

The soak, the daybed, a slow walk by the river or a sleep. Phones away if you like, and your host keeps the hours clear.

Evening

A quiet close

Low light and an unhurried table, then an early, dark, quiet night. Your sleep routine, built from your own watch or ring, starts on the first evening.

Part two

Longevity

Habits, not treatments.

We explain what each reading can and can’t tell you, then coach the habits behind it.

Start

A few simple readings, such as resting heart rate and sleep, from your own watch or ring.

Learn

Strength, pace, sleep and food, coached simply enough to keep up at home.

Keep

A 90-day plan, with check-ins after you leave.

Pace

The steady walk

A pace where you can still talk, guided by heart rate, on walks and rides that suit the season.

Strength

Coached strength

Short sessions, simple enough to keep up at home.

Eating well

Shown by the kitchen as it feeds you, with ideas for your own kitchen.

Also included: evening talks with visiting experts, and an optional health check with our partner doctor, who requests and reviews any tests.

We take readings and coach habits; we do not diagnose or treat. Anything medical is arranged with our partner doctor.
